1) Composition10 mM HEPES-NaOH（pH7.9）, 50 mM KCl, 1 mM EDTA, 10%(v/v) glycerol
2) Composition20 mM HEPES-NaOH（pH7.9）, 150 mM KCl, 1 mM MgCl2, 0.2 mM CaCl2, 0.2 mM EDTA, 10%(v/v) glycerol, 0.1%(w/v) NP-40
※Just before use, add PMSF to a final consentration of 0.2 mM
3) Composition20 mM HEPES-NaOH（pH7.9）, 100 mM KCl, 1 mM MgCl2, 0.2 mM CaCl2, 0.2 mM EDTA, 10%(v/v) glycerol, 0.1%(w/v) NP-40
※Just before use, add DTT to a final concentration of 1 mM and PMSF to a final consentration of 0.2 mM
